LineUp Terms of Use

What LineUp is

LineUp helps junior sports teams organise rosters, availability, lineups, game days, and playing time. It is a coordination tool for the adults running and supporting a team.

Your account

• You must be an adult (a manager, parent, or guardian) to create an account.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give accurate information, and only add other people's information (including children's names) when you are entitled to, as the team's manager or a child's parent or guardian.

Team data

• The team's manager controls the team: its roster, schedule, results, and membership. Deleting a team permanently deletes its data for everyone in it.
• The invite link admits anyone who has it to your team. Share it only with your team's families.
• We may remove content or accounts that abuse the service or other users.

Fair use

Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service, and do not use it to store unlawful content.

The service

LineUp is provided as is, without warranties. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or other law that cannot be excluded.

Ending things

You can delete your account in the app at any time (Settings, then Delete account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app's release notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
